1. Give yourself more time to get ready in the morning
Wake up a little earlier and allow yourself time to have a good breakfast and leave the house a bit earlier for your commute to work. This allows you to have a stress free morning without worrying about the clock.
2. Never let a conflict fester
People are bound to bump heads from time to time. The problem comes in when the tension is never addressed effectively. Try to nip problems in the bud. Stewing over things leads to stress, and you risk damaging your own career if you lack the ability to be seen as a team player.
3. Have daily to-do lists
By giving yourself a list of things you want accomplished during that day, you eliminate the stress of feeling overwhelmed by other tasks that may not need direct attention at that time.
4. Ask instead of guessing
If you’re feeling confused about something – just ask! Your co-workers, or supervisors, understand that people need a little help sometimes. Eliminate the stress of wondering if you’re doing something properly by asking how something should be done.
5. Listen to your body
When you are starting to feel drained and more irritable then don’t just keep on going. Listen to yourself and your body. Schedule more time to take care of yourself, and make sure you prioritize your health.
